Following the massive success of his debut film ‘Saiyaara’, Ahaan Panday has emerged as Bollywood’s latest breakout star. After evaluating his options, Panday has signed on for a high-stakes romantic drama with a gangster theme, to be directed by veteran filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar.

Ahaan Panday has been offered new projects

According to Bollywood Hungama, Panday has been offered two more exciting feature films. He has been offered two distinctly different projects. After ‘Tere Ishk Mein’, Aanand L Rai has pitched his next directorial to him. The actor likes the idea and is waiting to read the full script before deciding on the next steps. Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Excel Entertainment have pitched ‘Karna’ to Ahaan. ‘Karna’ is an ambitious action spectacle, and the stakeholders feel Ahaan is the best choice to bring this character from the Mahabharata to the screen. Ahaan is amused by the vision and will soon decide on his involvement with the film.

Ahaan Panday turns down scripts

Besides the films already mentioned, Ahaan has turned down nearly ten scripts, choosing to be mindful of his career path and sign projects with utmost responsibility. Reportedly, Ahaan is looking to do films that don’t cheat his audience. He appreciates the love received from moviegoers and is focusing on giving the audience the best he can.

Ahaan Panday’s ‘Saiyaara’ debut

‘Saiyaara’ is directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Yash Raj Films. It marks the big-screen debut of Ahaan Panday as Krish Kapoor, a struggling musician, and Aneet Padda as Vaani Batra, a young writer dealing with early-onset Alzheimer’s; the film is loosely inspired by the Korean classic.
